Good location, easy access to shopping mall within 10 min walks. Room space is big enough for family. Great customer service via whatapps before departure, fast response with great arrangement for us.

Room is quite old but acceptable.

room was so nice for us husband wife and family...love the bathtub...my son like the spacoius room...bfast for us is nice ...choices changes everyday so the food is not boring...love the foods you serve.....the location is super good.... nagoya hill mall just a small walking distance using the hotel back door.... food stall all scaters all around the hotel so for lunch and dinner just a walking distance.... easy to get grab taxi and all the other malls and visit places even fresh seafood is not far... nice hotel to stay..will book there if its not sold out...

sorry to say my room was at 1st floor.... have mosqiuto problem...my 5yrs old son got few bites from them... thats the only down side.....its not a big deal for us actually.

Room was clean even though the hotel is not new. Location was very good with malls nearby within walkable distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

However, the utensils provided were not washed well with some dried food left on a fork and a hair in the Lipton teabag. Variety for breakfast was good but quality could have been slightly better - no real complaints for the price!

It’s a nice Cosy hotel.

Swimming pool is too small. Also the spa doesn’t look appealing.

Location is great. Walking distance to Nagoya Mall. Spacious rooms and Clean. Breakfast was alright. Nice and tasty with small variety of food selection. Expected for a small hotel with limited space and pax volume.

Very small indoor pool. Aircon wasn’t cool enough.

Everything is great! But the breakfast time is 5.30am-10.30am. It will be great if it can go up to 12pm.

There were two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom was equiped with towels and other requirements.

The pool was lovely, the rooms were very nice and tidy. Staff were attentive and very helpful and kind.

Smoking room the first night was not great. The second and third night in the other room were amazing though.

I reach at 2pm and only smoking room was available, the lady that help us did not give us any alternative choice for non smoking room, even though I’m with young kids Breakfast not much choice Massage abit pricy compare to GO message

Check in was easy as the staff was very friendly and could speak decent English. We could temporarily place our luggages near the reception before and after check-in. The little kitchen was pretty cool and everything was washed by the person who made our room the next day. Breakfast choices differ among the five days we stayed, though not fantastic but I personally think it’s sufficient for the guests. The pub with pool tables was awesome, we almost went there everyday! The swimming pool is extremely cold even in the hot afternoon, gym was small but alright. Didn’t explore the sauna and golf practice facilities. Two chairs and three tables in the room, room shoes and hair dryer are available as well.

The swimming pool was too cold, don’t know how to make it better though. Perhaps want to replace some gym machines.

Most of the front desk staff were professional and friendly. They handled our situation pretty well and allocated us non smoking rooms for our second night. The non smoking floor were much better and cleaner though certain areas still had a little faint cigarette smells lingering (probably due to central air-conditioning). The studio room was of comfortable size and the suite was big enough to have our family gathering. The shower pressure was powerful and the toiletries were basic and sufficient. Breakfast selection was alright for the price of hotel and it was commendable that they changed a few dishes for the consecutive day.

Not sure if it's due to the staff or possibly hotel's policies. We booked 3 rooms with 2 adults and 1 child in each room. However each room only had 2 pillows and 2 towels. Hence we requested for 1 additional towel and 1 additional pillow. We were told that the towel was chargeable and the pillow was not. But when another room requested for the pillow, they were told it was chargeable. Inconsistent policy. We had requested for non smoking floor in our original booking and wrote in twice to inform that we would be late for check in and again asked for reservation of non smoking rooms. However when we reached there, they were surprised to know I had written to them about the late check in and reservation of non smoking room (seems they don't check booking.com messages). We were then told non smoking rooms were fully booked and were allocated smoking floor rooms. For people who are sensitive to cigarette smells, it could be quite unbearable to stay in smoking rooms, otherwise it would be ok for people who are not. We booked a suite and 2 studio rooms with twin bed. The bed was a small single bed and squeezy for 1A and 1C. Though the booking was confirmed for 2A and 1C they only provided 2 complimentary breakfast.

Room booked for 6rooms only 5 was ready even at 8pm that one room was a prob to get... gave one room no when we come back at nite it was given to somebody else. Bfast was bad no proper crowd control, no plates n other stuff wait long, food not so great.

The staffs are friendly and warm. Keep it up!

It will be good if the hotel can provide a pool suitable for children. 1.5m deep is not suitable for young children. A small minimart within the hotel will be good in case customers need to buy something.

Staff on duty was good.

I paid for extra towel to the cleaning lady but when I check out I was told I have not pay its not that money that count its the honestly of the cleaning lady I even tip her for cleaning my room

The water in the bathtub doesn't look clean. The overall outlook of the hotel is old and breakfast food was just okay.
